“ I am outraged!! Seeing such scathing reviews with a 1 out of 5 rating hurts me deeply for this magnificent restaurant. Such extreme criticism is unacceptable to me, even though different tastes and preferences are a good thing. Living in Bry-sur-Marne, I unfortunately don't come as often as I'd like, but at least 2 to 4 times a year for several years now, and I've never been disappointed, nor have my family or friends, who wish they had restaurants of this quality closer to home. The fact that the parents raise Salers cattle in Auvergne, that their daughter works in the dining room with her generosity and skill in passing on this knowledge, and that their own son is in the kitchen—I find that beautiful! It's a lovely, moving, and wonderful story, and the fact that the quality of the ingredients is so high, combined with superb cuisine, makes this place truly endearing. Thank you for your work!!! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy the incomparable taste of this Salers cheese, which is so difficult to find. ”
